What You Will Do


As Digital Advertising Assistant, you will support the Digital Communications Manager and the firm’s digital advertising efforts. You will oversee digital ad campaign management and reporting, including paid search, display, remarketing, email, and social campaigns, optimizing budgets across campaigns and within ad groups/placements. You will manage website tracking/reporting across all corporate and Talent Acquisition Group/Recruitment accounts. Under the direction of the Digital Communications Manager, you will produce detailed marketing reports for analysis and review, utilizing Google Analytics and other Google tools to report on key metrics and interpret data. You will manage prospect/customer databases for email marketing campaigns and optimize budgets for social media advertising campaigns. You will contribute tactically to strategic SEO plans, monitor the status of client websites, and contribute to website and campaign reports with statistics and insights gained from day-to-day campaign management.


You will maintain the basic functionality of a collection of Wordpress websites to ensure plugin compatibility and execute core updates. You will manage and maintain various third-party services, identify and help troubleshoot technical issues and work with team to resolve, and thoroughly test creative assets prior to campaign launch to ensure ads will display properly across various devices. You will prepare optimization reports and adjust campaigns as needed to exceed KPI goals, as well as continue to improve upon past performance. You will collaborate with developers/a programmatic team and/or third-party partners to identify new advertising opportunities and troubleshoot delivery issues. You also will coordinate with internal and external teams to complete ad hoc projects and initiatives as needed, as well as cultivate leads and potential sales opportunities. You will NOT be required to perform graphic design and will work with our Digital Graphics Designer for all graphics projects. This position will be based in our Camp Hill, PA office. This position will be based in our Camp Hill, PA office and is a part-time opportunity.


Minimum Qualifications


  • A BA/BS Degree required or equivalent in a related field

  • Demonstrated proficiency in Excel

  • 1-2 years of experience managing paid search (PPC) campaigns in Google Adwords, tracking website results using Google Analytics, executing email campaigns through a marketing automation tool, and tracking digital media tactics

  • Experience with implementing event tracking for links and conversion reporting

  • In-depth knowledge of analytics reporting across multiple platforms and systems

  • Submission of portfolio samples required (either through PDF attachment or link to online portfolio).
